Members of The Black Swan Tattoo Studio can request deletion of their TBS Members account and associated personal data using the instructions below.
How to request account deletion
To request deletion of your TBS Members account, email The Black Swan Tattoo Studio using the email address below.
- Email us from the email address associated with your TBS Members account.
- Use the subject line “TBS Members Account Deletion Request”.
- Include your full name and, if known, your Black Swan Member ID.
- We may contact you to verify that you are the account holder before processing the request.
What will be deleted
Once your request has been verified and processed, information associated with your TBS Members account may be deleted or de-identified where appropriate, including:
- Your member profile and account information
- Your date of birth stored for membership benefits
- Push notification and device registration information
- Referral information associated with your member account
- Rewards, promotions and giveaway information associated with your account
- Stored booking request information and submitted reference material, where applicable
Studio credit and membership benefits
Deleting your TBS Members account will remove your access to the member portal and associated membership features.
Any remaining membership credit, rewards, vouchers or other account-based benefits should be used before requesting account deletion. These benefits are not redeemable for cash.
Information we may need to retain
Some information may need to be retained after an account deletion request where required for legitimate business, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legal obligations.
Where information must be retained, we will limit its use to the purpose for which retention is required and retain it only for as long as reasonably necessary or legally required.

If you would like to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information without deleting your entire TBS Members account, you can contact us using the same email address.
